I grew up with a reputation for loving food and serving up the best chocolate chip cookies around. Over the years that has led me to hone my abilities in the kitchen, through my work as a personal chef, catering huge family gatherings, and the countless cookbooks and blogs I’ve poured over.
Combined with my passion for cooking is a dedication to helping people attain and maintain a body weight that is right for them. Having gained and lost dozens of pounds over the years, I know the frustration and struggle that comes with dieting and bland diet foods. At times I have been borderline obsessed with gathering as much knowledge and information about the intricacies of weight loss and over the years have honed that knowledge down to the bare essentials.
